ASANDRA is an Artist, Writer, and Metaphysician.  She studied painting and design both privately and at Parsons School of Design in New York City.  
      
Asandra's paintings focus on mystical and symbolic themes,  exhibiting in solo and group shows in New York, Washington, Florida, Colorado, California, and North Carolina. Her work has been purchased by several hotel chains including Marriott Hotels, and Omni International Resort and Spa. She was the featured guest artist at Andrews Art Museum, NC in 2008.
      
Asandra has given numerous radio, cable television, and newspaper interviews, and contributed to More Hot Chocolate for the Mystical Soul by Ariell Ford (Plume), and South Beach Architectural Photographs by Paul Clemence (Schiffer).  Her metaphysical articles can be read on the online magazines, Examiner.com, and Merliannews. Asandra is included in the book, Miami Contemporary Artists, the first compilation of Miami artists who have become significant players in the city's contemporary art scene, published by Schiffer 2007.
